Call our DUI lawyer now, if you are facing charges of Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUIL), Operating While Impaired (OWI) or Unlawful Blood Alcohol Level (UBAL). From fines to inflated insurance premiums, the price of a conviction is higher than you may estimate. Driving under the influence is a serious charge, but you do not have to accept a conviction without a fight.

Consulting with a DUI lawyer can establish a workable defense to take to court. Evidence gathered at the time of your arrest must be unquestionably accurate and prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that you were, in fact, operating your vehicle while drunk or impaired. It is possible to question the accuracy.

One of the first steps your DUI lawyer will take in building your defense is requesting the video and police reports related to your arrest. A review will be made to observe your level of impairment and to check how the evidence against you was gathered. Blowing a .08 Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) or higher through the breathalyzer is not conclusive evidence, if it cannot be proven that the test results were accurate.

With the assistance of a DUI lawyer, you may be able to avoid the time consuming and financially taxing penalties of a drunken driving offense.
