- Court assessed fines anywhere from $100.00 to $500.00
- Driver Responsibility Fee of $1,000.00 for the next 2 consecutive years following conviction
First Offense – Conditional
- 360 Hours of community service
- Installation of Interlock Device
- Immobilization of vehicle for up to 180 days
Second Offense – Mandatory
- Jail time from 5 days to a full year
- Suspension of driver’s privileges for a minimum of one year
- 6 Points assessed to driver’s license
- Confiscation of license plate
- Immobilization of vehicle for anywhere from 90 to 180 days
- Court assessed fines anywhere from $200.00 to $1,000.00
- Driver Responsibility Fee of $1,000.00 for the next 2 consecutive years following conviction
- Installation of Interlock Device
- Possible 30 to 90 days of Community Service
